Ingredients: 1 ¾ cups cake flour 2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda ¾ cup castor sugar 1 cup colorful candy confetti/ vermicelli/ sprinkles 1 cup milk ¼ cup + 2 tablespoon oil 2 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 extra large egg
Method: Preheat oven to 180degC. Line pans with cases. Mix the dry ingredients together. Beat the wet ingredients just so it's combined. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix. Add sprinkles and fold in. Bake for 15-20min until done. Test with a skewer in center if it comes out clean.
