INGREDIENTS
125g butter/ stork to bake (room temp)1 cup sugar3 XL eggs 1 ½ cups cake flour (sifted) ½ cup full cream milk4 teaspoon baking powder ¼ cup cocoa powder
METHOD
1. Beat all for 3mins2. Spoon into cupcake cases till ¾ full.3. Bake at in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25min, or until skewered and removes clean.
