puff pastry water and flour paste cadburys mint chocolate beaten egg
melted chocolate to drizzle over chopped pecan nuts
roll out puff pastry about 5 mm thick and cut into 7 to 7.5 cm squares. place on greased tray. place a chocolate rectangle. in centre of pastry square. bring opposite edges together and stick with flour paste. brush with beaten egg. bake at 200\\\'c until golden. once cool decorate with melted chocolate and chopped pecans.

I used Fatima s ready cut puff pastry and trimmed one
side edge to make a square of 7cm.
twist left over cut off edges and brush with beaten egg.
sprinkle with coloured sugar and bake till golden
