Strawberries and cream
Fatima Asif Latif
1x250ml fresh cream whipped with 2 tablespoon icing sugar (I tinted pink with gel colouring)
1 punnet strawberries cut
Sprinkle 3 tablespoon castor sugar over strawberries
Just before serving fold strawberries into cream.
Decor as desired. Enjoy
