Chicken recipe:-Take 1 chicken cut into pieces.Now marinate with 1-½ teaspoon red chili powder 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder salt to taste 2 teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon Garam masala ½ teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon Shan chicken masala 2 tablespoon fresh cream 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon oil mix it all together and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours. Take oil in non stick pan.Add chicken and cook it on slow flame20-25 minutes.After that add 1 large tomato 2-green chilies cook 5 minutes more.serve hot and sprinkle on top julienne cut ginger and chopped coriander.
Tandoori potato wedges:-- To begin with tandoori potatowedges 400 grm potato peel,wash and chop the potato into wedges. Now add 4 tablespoon double cream yogurt ¼ teaspoon red chili powder ½ teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon chat masala ½ teaspoon Garam masala ¼ teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) crushed orange color as needed1 tablespoon Shan Tandoori chicken spices salt to tasteMarinate the potatoes in this mixture for 30 minutes. Spread it evenly on a baking tray lined with grease paper. Bake it @200 Cup for 45- 50 minutes. Serve hot with any meal.
