Chicken recipe:-
Take 1 chicken cut into pieces. Now marinate with 1-1⁄2 teaspoon red chili powder 2 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder salt to taste 2 teaspoon paprika 1⁄2 teaspoon Garam masala 1⁄2 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon Shan chicken masala 2 tablespoon fresh cream 1 teaspoon lemon juice 3 tablespoon oil mix it all together and keep in fridge for 2-3 hours. Take oil in non stick pan. Add chicken and cook it on slow flame 20-25 minutes. After that add 1 large tomato 2-green chilies cook 5 minutes more.serve hot and sprinkle on top julienne cut ginger and chopped coriander leaves …

METHOD

Tandoori potato wedges:--
To begin with tandoori potato wedges 400 grm potato peel,wash and chop the potato into wedges.
Now add 4 tablespoon double cream yogurt 1⁄4 teaspoon red chili powder 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1⁄2 teaspoon chat masala 1⁄2 teaspoon Garam masala 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) crushed orange color as needed 1 tablespoon Shan Tandoori chicken spices salt to taste marinate the potatoes in this mixture for 30 minutes. Spread it evenly on a backing tray lined with grease paper. Bake it @200 c for 45- 50 minutes. Serve hot with any meal.…
