500g Chicken fillets 1 tablespoon garlic1 tablespoon ginger1 tablespoon green chillies1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon pepper Juice of half a lemon 2 tablespoon plain yogurt ½ chopped onion 2 cardamom podsI tablespoon Olive oil1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tablespoon fine almonds 125ml Fresh cream⅓ cup milkHandful of chopped coriander
METHOD
Saute onion and cardamom pods in ghee (Clarified butter) until slightly brown. Marinate the chicken with the rest of the ingredients except the milk and cream. Add the chicken to the onion and cook. Lastly add the milk and cream and simmer. Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander). Serve with Naan.
