INGREDIENTS
1 cleaned and cut chicken
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon corse paprika
1 tablespoon corse dried red chillies(or according to taste)
¼ teaspoon haldi
¼ teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon freshly pounded black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh paprika paste
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 grated tomato...
¼ cup oil...
Salt to taste
METHOD
Mix all the above ingredients...to make a homogenous paate....add your drained chicken.
Leave to marinate for good fee hours or overnight. Grill in oven till done....
Serve with chips and salad..
