350g chicken strips (1cm thick)1 teaspoon ginger garlic pasteSalt to taste1 tablespoon red chilli sauce1 teaspoon soya sauce6 tablespoon corn flour1 eggMarinate the above for an hour, then deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crispy. Leave aside.
METHOD
Dry roast 1 tablespoon seasame seeds. Leave aside...Heat 3 tablespoon in a pan.Add 3 tablespoon chopped finely garlic cloves. Allow to fry till the rawness goes. Do not brown.Add 3 tablespoon tomatoe sauce.2 tablespoon Red chilli sauce 1 ½ tablespoon honey ¼ teaspoon zeal / MSGMiz well!!!.Then add ¼ water to make a slight sauce.Add your fried chicken and sesame seeds, leaving some for garnish.Mix well till the sauce coats the chicken.Serve straight away.
