1kg chicken strips 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon red chili paste 1 lemon freshly squeezed ½ teaspoon crushed black pepper ¼ teaspoon white pepper 1 teaspoon mochachos spice 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice 1 teaspoon parsley ½ teaspoon crushed red chilli ( optional ) salt to taste
egg or buttermilk

add chicken in a dish add all the spices and let it marinade .
Add the large egg to the chicken mixture before frying / or crack an egg whisk it and dip each piece as u go along dip each piece in flour , then back in the bowl of chicken and in the coating
deep fry chicken strips till done . approx 7 to 20 minutes on meduim heat .
