1 ½ cups flour2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 cup plain yoghurt 1 cup sugar3 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup oil⅓ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Icing:3 tablespoon condensed milk 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon margarine ½ cup icing sugar
METHOD
Beat all the wet ingredients until combined, then add in the sifted dry ingredients. Fold through and pour mixture into a greased baking pan. Bake on 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes to an hour until cake is cooked. For the icing, mix all ingredients together. It must not be too runny or too thick, adjust icing sugar as per discretion.
