RECIPE
MY FLOP PROOF
1 ½ cups castor sugar
+- 1 ¾ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoon bicarb
½ cup cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
Sift all of the above dry ingredients together
Beat well together :
2 eggs
2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 cup milk
½ cup oil
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the above
Egg milk mixture
Mix well
Now add last 1 cup boiling water
Mix well..with wooden spoon by hand
Pour in greased baking tray
Bake at 180* for 30- 35 Mn
Remove from oven
Cool completely
Top with beaten up Caramel treat
Or any topping of your choice
Enjoy
Note: for cup cakes fill the cases half way and bake for 25-30 minutes
