1 onion finely chopped
1-2chicken fillet-small cubes
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1Tbs crushed dry red chillies
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sprinkle of white pepper
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon salt + more salt at the end
1 can creamstyle corn
1 packet floyyds thick vegetable soup
1 fresh cream
Ground green chili to taste
Handful shell noodles
Marinade chicken in garlic, salt, pepper and crushed chillies and set aside.
Braise onion in butter till soft.
Add the marinaded chicken and cook till white.
Add the sweetcorn and cook till it bubbles.
Mix the soup in a bowl with water add to the rest of ingredients.
Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add fresh cream.
Bring it to a boil before serving.
Add more salt if needed and the green chillies.
Add 1 cup noodles and 1 more cup of milk and bring to a boil. Remove from stove. Cover and allow to stand till noodles soften. Reheat before serving. Add water if it thickens.
