Marinate 4-5 chicken fillets cut in cubes or half strips or just chicken piecesAdd 2 teaspoon spice for riceAromat (a South African Spice)2 tablespoon chicken spice (optional)1 teaspoon crushed red chilli1Tblsp ginger garlic Salt to taste 1 teaspoon White pepperLittle crushed black pepperCook in ghee (Clarified butter) ( optional.cubed potatoes ..I left it out)soy sauce or few drops Worcester sauceParsley Make a sauce 2 tomatoes boiled and skin off liquidised+-2 teaspoon crushed chilli+-1 tablespoon amli (tamerine) juice+- 1Tblsp lemon Juice (optional)2 teaspoon mazina dissolved in cold waterAromat (a South African Spice) salt and 1Tblsp brown sugar (can use white)Mix all together Heat ,2-3 tablespoon butter add ½ teaspoon crushed garlic (can add more lemon juice)Boil all together to get a thick sauceAdd the sauce to the cooked chicken FORBTHE RICE Boil 2 cups Tastic rice with salt andtumeric (tumeric)Drain keep aside Now addIn a seperate pot slice 2 medium onions fry slightly with green red yellow pepers little corn +- ½ cup(Add mushroom if you want)Add little shallotAdd 2 spice for Rice, Aromat (a South African Spice),salt,little +-1 teaspoon soya sauce or Worcester and parsley Toss well into rice Serve the chicken with rice on the side or mix the chicken into the riceGarnish with parsley and chopped green dhania (coriander) Enjoy
