INGREDIENTS
1 lb chicken breast1 teaspoon soy sauce1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon Hoisen sauce 2 teaspoon chilli sauce (Sriracha) ¼ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic1 teaspoon minced ginger3 bell pepper choppedDry red chillies¼ cup Roasted and salted peanuts
METHOD
Step 1: 1 lb chicken breast1 teaspoon soy sauce1 tablespoon corn starchMix together the above, add oil to med to high pan and cook chicken for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan and set aside.
Step 2: Mix in a bowl the following and keep the sauce aside.. 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon Hoisen sauce 2 teaspoon chilli sauce (Sriracha) ¼ teaspoon sugar
Step 3:Add oil to the pan1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger cook for 1 minutesAdd dry red chillies cook for 1 minutes Then add chopped bell peppers, chicken, and the sauce, cook for 2 minutes and finally add ¼ cup Roasted and salted peanuts.
Serve hot
