aunty Tahera Mia (bhen) I tried it but from aunty bhens hand it's just different
Onion vagaar with whole Jeeru (Cumin)Add chicken with: red masala paste ginger garlic salt arad (Turmeric) dried dhania (coriander) paparika and green masala. cook for a little while add carrots parboiled and cauliflower parboiled in salt water and pinch arad (Turmeric) add toowar .chop tomatoes small pieces add to above... as it cooks later add cubed potatos little water ....till done.Garnish green dhania (coriander) serve
