Boil 3 cups rice set aside. Fry 6 potatoes Β½Ed set aside. Marinate 1 kg chicken pieces with:2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala Lemon π juice 2 big spoons mayoΒ½ tin Tomato π
puree 1 cup sour milk Β½ cup thick yoghurt 2 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)Saffron essence few drops3 liquidised tomatoes π
Braise 1 sliced onion π° in ghee (Clarified butter). With slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) cloves TajAdd in marinated chicken Cook 20 minutes.Add in ΒΎ cup fresh cream Cook 10 minutes. Add in fried potatoes π₯ Toss over rice.Sprinkle ghee (Clarified butter) and fried onions π° dhania (coriander). Cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes. Serve with dahy and kachumbar
