INGREDIENTS
500g butter / stork 1 cup icing sugar1 cup maizena (corn flour) (corn flour)4 cups flour1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cream butter, add vanilla essence, icing sugar and mix well.
Add maizena (corn flour) and the flour and mix into a soft dough.
Roll out on a floured surface and cut into shapes using biscuit cutters.
Place onto a floured tray, decorate with smarties and bake at 160ºC for approximately 15 minutes.
Remove, cool and enjoy.
