1 cup milk ( 250ml )
1 sachet yeast (10ml )
3 ½ cups flour
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
7 tablespoon soften butter
¼ cup Nutella
½ cup sugar
Oil for frying
Whisk together the milk and yeast for 30 seconds
Add flour , salt , sugar , eggs to milk mix and start kneading by adding the butter gradually ( if you have a mixture with a dough hook let it knead for 5 minutes )
Make a ball out of the dough and place it in a packet ,make sure to close it tight , place in the fridge for 5 to 15 hours and remove when ready to use .,
Roll the dough about 3 inches thick ( do not make it thin ) using a square cutter make pillows and place all the cut outs on a floured tray and cover with a plastic . Place this in a warm area for about 3 hours or until the dough is double its size .
Warm up the oil for frying , fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown , drain the pillow and immediately dip in sugar in this way the sugar will stick to pillow .
Using a piping bag or ziplock place a small round or star tip nozzle and poke a hole on the side of the pillow and squeeze Nutella inside ( u can use an old tomato sauce squeeze bottle ) .,
