I love cooking and baking!
250g butter½ cup castor sugar
Beat well until mixture turns white.
Add:¼ cup oil1 teaspoon. vanilla essence1 teaspoon. B. PFlour as needed for a soft dough.
Leave dough to rest for an hour before rolling and cutting out.
Bake @ 180 degrees until light in color.
Cool overnight and decorate or dip im chocolate the next day for best results.
Add cocoa, coconut, custard powder, nuts, cherries etc.
