INGREDIENTS
250g butter/ stork to bake marg (room temp),¾ cup icing sugar, 1 cup maizena (corn flour), ½ cup oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, ± 2 cups flour (as needed).
METHOD
1. Cream butter and sugar. 2. Add rest of ingredients, add little flour at a time to make soft dough. 3. Roll out in balls (and press with fork- optional) or roll gently between two sheets of wax wrap and use cutters, making sure to not roll dough too thin, so you may lift the very soft dough easily, or pipe through biscuit nozzles. 4. Bake at 160 °c for about 15-20mins.5. When cooled, decorate as desired.
I prefer to use melted chocolate and 100's&1000's sprinkles.
