250 gr of butter ¾ cup of icing sugar 1 cup of maizena (corn flour) (corn flour) Pinch of vanilla essence 1 and ½ cup of plain flour 1 cup of pecan nuts
Beat the butter with the icing sugar. Then add the maizena (corn flour), the vanilla essence and beat again. Add the flour and the pecan nuts and mix. Mould as you desire. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, roll the biscuits in castor sugar or melted chocolate. Enjoy
