INGREDIENTS

500g cake flour 56g suagr5g yeast 1 teaspoon. Salt 1½ cup lukewarm water 110g vegetables oil + 1 tablespoon. oil

1 tablespoon. mayonnaise 15g sesame seeds

METHOD

In a bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix slightly. Now add in the wet ingredients and knead till its not stick Now let it double in size in a warm place.Divide the dough into 12 and place on a baking tray and brush with mayonnaise and sprinkles with sesame seed and let it double in size. Bake at 200c for 15 minutes
