Saucy & Creamy Spring Roll Filling

INGREDIENTS

¾ kg chicken fillet cut in very small cubesbutter 1 teaspoon ground garlic 1 teaspoon ground green chilliessalt to taste1 teaspoon pepperAromat (a South African Spice)1 tub sour cream

METHOD

Braise all together till water burns out. When cool add 100 ml mayonnaise  and mix.
Lastly add Jalapeno Sauce as per taste.
Roll in spring roll pastry, dip ends in egg and breadcrumbs,
It’s now ready to freeze.
Fry from frozen until golden brown.
Enjoy!!!
