3⁄4 kg chicken fillet cut in very small cubes
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon chicken spice
salt to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tub sour cream
Braise all together till water burns out. When cool add 100 ml mayonnaise and mix.
Lastly add Jalapeno Sauce as per taste.
Roll in spring roll pastry, dip ends in egg and breadcrumbs,
It’s now ready to freeze.
Fry from frozen until golden brown.
