Ingredients: ½ butternut cubed; 3 to 4 sweet potatoes sliced; ½ teaspoon garlic; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 teaspoon chicken spice; ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice); ¼ teaspoon black pepper; 1 teaspoon mixed herbs; salt to taste; 1 tablespoon brown sugar; 2 tablespoon

INGREDIENTS

½ butternut cubed
3 to 4 sweet potatoes sliced
½ teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chicken spice
½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
salt to taste
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon mayo

METHOD

Add oil to pot add garlic and the veggies allow to steam with some water on low until soft , add the spices while steaming veggies . Add sugar and mayo last . Allow this to cook for 5 more minutes and serve .
