3 cups boiling water4 five roses Ceylon tea bags Pinch of saffronSprinkling of @sujees_gourmet_food Mumbai chai masala1 cinnamon scroll1 star anise½ tin condensed milk or to taste½ tin ideal milk ½ teaspoon fine cardamom powder¼ teaspoon nutmeg ¼ teaspoon mixed spice½ - 1 cup milk
Allow to boil. Enjoy hot
