Creamy White Soup

Weather: freezing.Soup: creamy.Mood: defrosting 🤣
Nothing beats the comfort of a creamy soup —especially when there’s chicken, pasta, and extra love in every spoon.


Creamy white soup

Saute 1 onion in oilAdd1 teaspoon garlic4 sliced green chillies Saute for a minutes

Add 1 cup chicken fillet (cubed)
Add Salt to taste 1 teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Add1 grated carrot1 grated potato1 cup frozen cornAdd little waterClose lid .
Mix together1 packet knorr veg soup 1 packet knorr chicken noodle soup Mix with water
Add to pot with milk and 250ml cream.Bring to boil then add elbow macaroni or spaghetti 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or butterAromat (a South African Spice)
Leave to simmer until macaroni is cooked.Check for seasoning and add more salt or pepper if required.
Serve with toast.
