1kg chicken fillets/ pieces1 tablespoon garlic paste1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon salt½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder2 tablespoon butter
Sauce-¼ cup Nando's peri-peri medium heat sauce½ cup fresh cream
1. Marinate chicken.2. Heat butter in pot, add chicken. 3. Cook till ¾ done.4. Add sauce and cream. Cook till done.5. Redden under oven grill.
May add more cream, depending how saucy you prefer it.
