INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken, cut and washed1 cup Yoghurt1 cup Fresh cream250 gr Butter2 teaspoon Chilli powder2 teaspoon crushed Red chillies2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)2 teaspoon SaltΒ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 tablespoon Ginger garlicΒ½ cup Tomato puree1 Onion, sliced
METHOD
Marinate the chicken in the spices, yoghurt and tomato puree.Make a vagaar with the onion and butter, when the onion is light brown, add in the the chicken.When the chicken is nearly done, add the fresh cream and cook for 5 more minutes.Serve with spice rice
