INGREDIENTS
500g chicken fillets/1 big chicken
1 large red pepper
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
4 tablespoon sour milk
Few strands Saffron
METHOD
Place all ingredients except chicken into magimix/liquidizer and blend until a smooth paste formsMarinate the chicken for an hour or overnight in the fridge.Melt 100g butter in a pot..Cook the chicken on low/ medium until done (±½ hour)..add ½ cup fresh cream and boil (optional) Serve with chips or roti..
