Cut about 5-6 potatoes into wedges with skin on. Alternatively potatoes can be peeled. Steam with salt till done Mix all the above ingredients together. Add potatoes to sauce. All potatoes must be well covered. Add more butter if necessary. Serve as a side Enjoy.
