Salt and pepper mutton
1kg mutton cut and washed
Cook with 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter), ½ teaspoon garlic salt, ½ teaspoon garlic flakes, ½ teaspoon bbq spice, 1 teaspoon lemon pepper, ½ teaspoon nutmeg and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Cook till done. Serve with veg or baby potatoes.
Steam corn in microwave for 10-12 minutues or till done. Then add thin slices of garlic butter and sprinkle Aromat (a South African Spice). Grill fit few minutues in oven.
