AVO and Chia Pudding

3 tablespoon Chia Seeds
½ Tin coconut milk
2 tablespoon Honey
mix and allow to soak for 3-4 hours (I left it overnight)
AVO
2 ripe avocados
½ tin coconut milk
3 tablespoon sugar (or to your Taste)
blend until smooth
Layer in dessert bowls and serve chilled!

for a healthier alternative use sweetener or honey instead of sugar
