Mash about 3 large potatoes Add salt and pepper
in a pot add the oil onions and the whole spices slightly brown the onion on medium heat , add ginger garlic and red chilli paste braise for 30 seconds . Add the mince as well as the remaking spices and mix well cook for 5 minutes on medium heat , add the tomatoe paste, peas and grated tomatoes and cook on low until done .
To plate : Add the mash and using a spoon make a thick circle using the mash . Add the cooked minces in the middle . Serve with roti
