Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem 500g steak cut in 2cm cubes1 tablespoon oil1 med onion finely chopped½ teaspoon ginger garlic½ teaspoon chilli powder½ teaspoon Dana½ teaspoon jiro¼ teaspoon tumericSalt to taste1 cup boiling water
1 medium green pepper chopped1 green chillie finely chopped (I omit)1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon mayonnaiseshredded lettuce
Saute onion in oil. Add in steak and cook with water till tender. Stir in pepper, chilli, butter and sauces.Shred meat with 2 forks. Spread filling onto rotis and top with lettuce. Fold in ½ close with a toothpick. A small peg can also be used.
