INGREDIENTS
Prego steak

500g minute steak
2 tablespoon mochachos spice
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon teaspoon lemon pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon mochachos prego sauce
METHOD
Marinade steak with above.
Fry in butter 1 minute each side.
When done baste with more prego sauce.
