Ingredients:
250g butter/margarine
½ cup sugar
½ cup icing sugar
Drop of yellow colouring
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup custard powder
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 ½ cups flour
Method:
1. Beat butter, sugar, icing sugar, and colouring until creamy.
2. Add egg and vanilla essence, beat well.
3. Mix in custard powder.
4. Add baking powder and flour to form a dough.
5. Pipe, cut or decorate as desired. Bake 180deg until done.
