2 ½ cup snowflake cake flour 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder ¼ cup castor sugar 200g butter 200ml fresh cream
Sift dry ingredients then add in softened butter. Rub together till crumb like. Add cream to make dough. Knead till forms a soft dough. Roll out and cut with oval cutter and make 3 holes. Mix sugar & sugar crystals and dip biscuits. Bake in preheated oven @ 180° till golden. Enjoy.
