INGREDIENTS
1 kilo chicken fillet cubed an washed and drained.2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon tandoori masala2 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoon mustard sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce1 ½ teaspoon saltGreen masala(corriander/garlic/ onions green chilli)200g plain yogurt125g fresh creamchopped coriander
METHOD
Marinate the chicken cubes with the following mustard,tomato sauce yogurt, mayo,green chilli and tandoori masala and leave to rest. In a pot add 2 tablespoon butter heat and add in marinated chicken an cook on low .When chicken cooked and spices are well blended an aromatic add the fresh cream an cook on low and simmer for 5 minutes then add chopped coriander to finish of the dish.Serve with rice or naan.
