Sugar Coated Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

250g butter ¾ cup icing sugar 1 cup corn flour 2 tablespoon oil 2 cups flour

METHOD

Beat butter , sugar ,corn flour and oil together Add in 2 cups of flour to make a soft dough Grease a pan Make small balls and place onto pan , use a fork to slightly press down the ball Bake at 180° for +-20 minutes Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly Coat in castor sugar whilst warm
