INGREDIENTS
¼ lb butter
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup pecan nuts
1 cup (or more) flour
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and Nuts. Beat then add flour to make soft but not sticky dough. Shape into balls or nozzle and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Optional: When baked roll in castor sugar.
