RECIPE

2 pkts butternut chunks2 big tins creamstyle sweetcorn 500ml fresh cream
Empty butternut in pyrex.Cover with creamstyle Pour over fresh cream Bake at 180till soft.I halved the recipe & baked it for 1 hour.If u precook your butternut chunks it will cook in ½ hour.
A perfect side to any meaty dish.
