Chicken Roll Casserole Rec and pic cred: ruhana ebrahim@mama_taught_me_well Ingredients:1 large chicken fillet½ cup frozen corn½ green pepper (diced)1 carrot (grated)1 teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon ground garlic paste¼ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder¼ teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon lemon juice Also needed:3 hot dog rolls125ml fresh cream2 tablespoon Nando's garlic sauce½ teaspoon ground green chillies1 teaspoon ground garlic paste½ teaspoon pepperGrated gouda cheese
Cook chicken in above till halfway done, then add veggies and cook till dry. Slice pieces of rolls in a slant. Place in tile effect in casserole dish. Spoon chicken between slices. Mix cream, sauce, chilli garlic and pepper. Pour onto rolls evenly. Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for 15min. Sprinkle cheese, place back in oven to melt and serve.
