RECIPE
1 kg chicken fillets cubed1 teaspoon white chilli powder 1 heaped teaspoon crushed green chilli1 teaspoon chicken spice1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon mixed herbs 250 ml fresh cream (I used rxtra) 2 tablespoon creamy mayonnaise1 tablespoon double thick plain yoghurt2 tablespoon any creamy salad dressing1 teaspoon dhana jeera mix1 teaspoon garum masala2 tablespoon chicken tikka spice+-1 tablespoon aminas tandoori marinade1 tablespoon chilli garlic sauce½ teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)few pepercorns crushed or lemon pepper spice +- 1 teaspoon lemon juiceLittle crushed green dhania (coriander)3 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter) or butterMix and marinate all of the above together with thickly sliced onion and chunky cubed peppers Cook on skottel or bauer till doneOr alternativelyThread on skewers alternate chicken cubes with green red pepers onions etc place the skewers on skottel or bauer together with the creamy marinade and cook till done and marinade is nice and saucy. Garnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)
