INGREDIENTS
1/2kg chicken fillet cut in cubes ¼ teaspoon salt[ ]½ teaspoon crushed black pepper( I use ina parmens garlic pepper)¼ teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin)2 teaspoon crushed garlic2 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala2 teaspoon crushed red chillies 1tbls lemon juice4tbls double cream yoghurt1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) or yellow colouring ( check for colour must be yellow)½ to 1 teaspoon sugar
METHOD
cook with butter once chicken is done add 250 ml fresh cream boil till nice & thick garnish with dhania (coriander).
