1 kg chicken fillet cubed 1 tablespoon garlic ½ teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon green chillie masala 1 teaspoon red chili paste 1 teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon whole jeera seeds 2 to 3 tablespoon Shan tikka spice 1 tablespoon tandoori spice Salt to taste ½ teaspoon black pepper crushed Oil good amount Juice of fresh lemon 3 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
IF you only using either tikka or tandoori spice add atleast 2 tablespoon of the spice because you using just 1
Cut clean and wash chicken , make sure all the water has run out . Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then add the chicken , leave to marinade for at least 2 hours or over night . If you are making at home poke the cubes through a sosatie stick . Make your griller really hot , place the chicken sticks on griller and grill bast with left over marinade and oil until done

If you are using a tikka or tandoori spice form India , England or Canada the chicken is generally more red
