1kg chicken fillet (small cubes)
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄4 cup cold soda water
1⁄4 cup maizena (corn flour)
2 tablespoon flour
1. Heat deep fryer at 150degC.
2. Mix batter when oil is ready.
3. Coat chicken in batter. ingredients well.
4. Deep fry chicken until golden.
5. Serve with fries with chilli sauce/ tobasco sauce/ miracle whip or in a wrap with salad and sauce of choice.
