Popcorn Chicken

Ingredients:1kg chicken fillet (small cubes)1 teaspoon salt1⁄2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon ground ginger 1⁄4 cup cold soda water1⁄4 cup maizena (corn flour) 2 tablespoon flour1 egg 
Method:1. Heat deep fryer at 150degC.2. Mix batter when oil is ready.3. Coat chicken in batter. ingredients well.4. Deep fry chicken until golden. 5. Serve with fries with chilli sauce/ tobasco sauce/ miracle whip or in a wrap with salad and sauce of choice.
