8-10 Chicken Drumsticks (skin off)**Cut up 2 carrots in rings and steam and keep aside to use towards the end**Marinate it with1 tablespoon Aminas Lemon and Herb marinade1 tablespoon Aminas Tandoori Paste1 teaspoon crushed black pepper½ teaspoon fresh Red Chilli Paste1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste½ teaspoon Za"atar spice or thymeRosemary Dash of ZestIn a pot Add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and 2 tablespoon oilAdd 1 fresh or dry Red Chilli½ teaspoon Crushed GarlicBraiseAdd the marinated chickenCook well on med heat when almost done Add the steamed carrot rings (you can add any veg you prefer) Add 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise1 teaspoon Tomato sauceMix well cook few more mintues Not too dryADD SALT IF NEED BEOptional :Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Rolls
