INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken fillet, washed and cut length wise1 teaspoon Chilli powder1 teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon Chilli garlic Masala2 tablespoon Peri-Peri sauce
1 packet Spinach, washed and steamed with butter
METHOD
Marinate the the chicken fillet.Cook on low heat with oil.Make a white sauce, add in half cup Fresh cream and pour over the spinach. Mix well. Make sweet potato mash.Add in 100 gr Butter and mix.
Serve with Roti
