500g cubed chicken fillets Marinate for about 2 hours in:2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon plain yogurt 1 teaspoon ground ginger and garlic ½ teaspoon garam masala 2 teaspoon Tikka masala ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon Paprika1 teaspoon red chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) Red masala Salt to taste 1 tablespoon Olive oilA drop of yellow food color
Cook in airfyer for about 20 minutes or pan fry until cooked.
Make the sauce with the following:½ thinly Sliced onion, sautéed 1 liquidised tomato, add in with the below spices¼ teaspoon garam masala ½ teaspoon Tikka spice½ teaspoon red chilli powder ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon kasuri Methi (Fenugreek) ½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
Add 1 tablespoon yogurt and fresh cream. Simmer until done. Serve with naan.
