RECIPE

Wraps:2 cups flour Pinch salt2 tablespoon oilWarm water 2 make a soft dough.Divide into 10 balls Roll out. Dry fry on hot tawa.
Chicken tikka 1 kg fillet cubes 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon chaat masala 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon crushed chillies 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic red masala 1 teaspoon @mrsps_ tandoori masala Red coloring 1 teaspoon garam masala Juice of 1 lemon 🍋 Cook in garlic butter.Toppings:Sliced cheese Chopped lettuce and sliced red onions Chutney Sauce of choice. We love @mochachos_chickenfiesta sauces.Serve with masala chips 🍟
